I know little about decoy books, but I'm suspecting this may be a first edition - a copy more for the collector.  Most all copies of this item I can see are by "New Win Pub."  This one by Winchester Press.
Condition:  Front of box - excellent - only a couple very minor chips.  Rear of box has minor wear around edges.  Booklet and 6 plans inside are as new.
