Vintage Upper Chesapeake Widgeon Duck Decoy

Here's a handsome attractive widgeon decoy from the upper Chesapeake.  I'm not sure whether it's in original paint as there appears to be some small dings and dents under the widgeon paint but there is wear to the tip of the tail, the end of the bill and the top of its head.  The eyes are painted and the ballast weight removed but the head is solid and secure on the body.  There was damage to the bill tip when I got it years ago and I've shown that in some of the photos.  This should be easily touched up if that matters enough.  Measures 13" long and looks great.  I've always liked the rather subdued paint as opposed to what could be in an over the top and knock your hat off style.
