    Description

    This wood duck decoy with glass eyes is 16" long from beak to tail feathers.  It is varnished with a reddish-brown finish.   Engraved lines indicate feathers.    It is in used condition.  The head post is too short so the head does not stay attached to the body.  (I propped it up for the photo to show what it looks like when put together.)  There are many nicks and scratches.  The eyes are scratched and the left one is cracked.  It appears that there was originally an additional piece attached to the base.
