    Description

    This is a beautiful Royal Vitreous John Maddox and Sons Dish.  It is white with vibrantly colored clusters of fruit accenting the corners and the top edge of the outside of the bowl.  There are gold highlights circling the bowl.  It also has a base and two handles.  The dish stands approximately 2 1/4 inches tall.   It is  approximately 6 1/2 inches long from handle to handle and 3 3/4 inches wide.  It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.  There is a small black mark inside the dish which appears to be in the glaze.  It is also missing the lid.   On the bottom is a crown with "Royal Vitreous, John Maddox & Sons, England. Reg No. 701340". It is made in England.
