antique hand carved, northern Minnesota, blue bill decoy, it has a  unique bill  that almost resembles a spoonbill, it has a smooth back, glass eyes. not sure what kind of wood but it is heavy. the head is loose on the body and can be turned in different positions. What makes this a nice decoy is the bill.
